Victor & Peter,
stime is not the end time it is the start time.
To the answer the question about why the API seems to return more entries than the web pages, it is because they are accessing the data differently. This will be addressed in our next major release.
I believe is easier to build a queue of faxkeys to use to check the status rather than requesting the status of all faxes.

It is possible to add and change the members group using the API. It was overlooked when the documentation was written. The documentation will be updated soon.
For suggestions it is better to use the .com support area.

It is also not possible to change the naming convention at this time.
For question 2, it should also return fax_entry info that contains fax_entry_url. Your application can then use this url to to get status info on the fax.

Sorry, it not possible to configure the FaxFinder to customize the name of the file.

Carol AlmquistBlockedDaniel,
The created response should also return the fax_entry. The fax_entry_url contains the FAXKEY and ENTRYKEY which can be used with GET to request the status of the fax. Look at the section “Retrieving Fax Entries” of the Web Services API.

At the present moment you can not get the details you are looking for when the fax is routed to a share. I have added this to the feature request list.

Carol AlmquistBlockedHi Brandon,
Sorry but at the moment there is not a way to add user through the API.
Yes, this will be added in a future firmware release.

Carol AlmquistBlockedSorry for the late response.
I would suggest adding a state called QUEUED when you are looping to queue the faxes. Then when it wakes up to check the status add a check for QUEUED and skip that fax but continue to move the ones that are SENT.
Sorry, at this time there is not a better way to view the Outbound Logs. What info on the details page are you looking for?
Carol AlmquistBlockedAmber,
The API for the FaxFinder is documented here:
http://www.multitech.net/developer/products/faxfinder/web-services-api/
You can get the status of a fax by issuing one of the following:
GET /ffws/v1/ofax HTTP/1.1
GET /ffws/v1/ofax/FAXKEY HTTP/1.1
GET /ffws/v1/ofax/FAXKEY/ENTRYKEY HTTP/1.1
The FAXKEY and ENTRYKEY are in the response from scheduling the fax.
Regards,
Carol
