How can I get fax details for an inbound fax directed to a shared folder?

My company has recently purchased a FaxFinder FF240. It has been configured to direct all inbound faxes to a network folder. When I examine the fax PDF document, I see no fax details. There is an option to add fax details to e-mail faxes. How can I get the fax details from the fax PDF document in the shared folder?

Hi Jay,

Enable option ‘Email fax details’ in Fax Configuration -> Inbound Routing -> General Set up.

At the present moment you can not get the details you are looking for when the fax is routed to a share. I have added this to the feature request list.
