William,
I looked at the database entry for this device and the commands had a strange entry. I removed that entry and now this device is showing “Firmware Upgrade Queued”.
It should upgrade on its next check-in.
Regards,
CarolCarol AlmquistBlockedHello,
Sorry, at this point the ability to schedule tasks from the API is not supported. You are able to get tasks that are already schedule with the API.
I have created a enhancement request to add this to DeviceHQ.
Regards,
Carol AlmquistCarol AlmquistBlockedHello Nick,
I checked on DeviceHQ and your MTCDT-LAT1-247A serial 19400690 did finally check in today at 13:52. I can not explain the gap in check-ins from October 31st when the firmware was updated to today but I can confirm it checked-in today.

CarolSeptember 14, 2018 at 3:36 pm in reply to: Preprocessing Error (unable to convert file; .PDF) #26351Carol AlmquistBlockedWe are currently testing the next release for the FaxFinder. It includes a fix that we hope will take care of many of the preprocessing errors. It should be released later this month.

August 30, 2018 at 2:11 pm in reply to: Apps Not Appearing in DeviceHQ Installation Drop-down #26246Carol AlmquistBlockedFrom the Store page when you see the app does it say “Add to My Apps” or “Remove from My Apps”? I believe it has to say Remove in order for it to show up in the list.
Try using the Task button from the Devices page to schedule the app.
August 30, 2018 at 1:46 pm in reply to: Apps Not Appearing in DeviceHQ Installation Drop-down #26244Carol AlmquistBlockedIf you click on Store are you able to see the app?
I was able to confirm it is there as Admin. It has the name of gateway-19580877-3 but the version is blank.

CarolCarol AlmquistBlockedHello,
By default limit is set to 10. You can page through the entries using the limit and index parameters.
Regrds,
CarolCarol AlmquistBlockedHello,
The sample flow and others can be found on DeviceHQ.
Once you create an account and login, click on the Store tab. Next you will need to check Public Apps and then search for LoRa. You should then see the LoRa-starter-kit App. Click the Add to My Apps and then you can schedule this is app to be installed on you device. More information on DeviceHQ can be found here.

Carol AlmquistBlockedYes, Oct – Dec 2016.
Carol AlmquistBlockedNext release will be in Q4.
Carol AlmquistBlockedThe next release will also have caller name/number in the call_log and inbound_log responses.
–Carol
Carol AlmquistBlockedYou are correct. The current Call Log fails to return results. It will work if you specify a limit.
curl -X GET –user admin:**** https://********/ffws/v1/call_log?limit=10
This will be fixed in the next release. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Regards,
Carol AlmquistCarol AlmquistBlockedSam,
Please open a case on our support portal. It is a better place for your issue as we will need log files from your FaxFinder.

Thank you!
–CarolCarol AlmquistBlockedThe HTTP/XML is the only communication medium for the FaxFinder.

Carol AlmquistBlockedFor issues like this the best place to get help is the MultiTech Product Support Portal…

Tech support is going to need server and modem logs to understand the issue and to find a solution.

Carol AlmquistCarol AlmquistBlockedHello,
My apologies for the lack of response to your original question. Yes, the API is the same between the FF240, FF440, FF840.
Yes, The API documentation is available here:
http://www.multitech.net/developer/products/faxfinder/web-services-api/Great to hear you were able to integrate the FaxFinder into your product.
Regards,
Carol AlmquistCarol AlmquistBlockedHello James,
My apologies for the late response.
At this time the FaxFinder is not able to notify another application when a fax is received. Most of the time, the fax entry is recorded when the fax is scheduled and the application queries the FaxFinder for the status of that particular fax.
Regards,
Carol AlmquistCarol AlmquistBlockedSorry, the second link should be:

I’m sorry but the FaxFinder currently supports ASCII-characters only.
I will add you comments to our feature request to support german umlauts ( and other non ASCII characters).
Regards,
Carol AlmquistCarol AlmquistBlockedHello,
At the present time, the FaxFinder only supports adding a dial prefix to every outgoing call.
We are currently testing new features. One of these features is dialing rules. You should be able to configure the FaxFinder for international dialing when this firmware is released. I’m sorry, I don’t have a release date as testing has just started.
Regards,
Carol AlmquistCarol AlmquistBlockedHello Ken,
Please create a portal case at https://support.multitech.com for more specific follow up.
Please include:
– Your exact FaxFinder model
– Serial number
– Log showing the issue
– PBX/phone system being usedRegards,
Carol AlmquistCarol AlmquistBlockedHi,
Support for the inbound_status API call was added in the 3.0.4.1 release. This release greatly expanded the API. You will need to upgrade your FaxFinder to use the new API calls.
Regards,
Carol AlmquistCarol AlmquistBlockedVictor,
The documentation is missing the parameter name. It is class and it has three options: pending, sending and complete. The API call should look like this.
GET http://10.1.0.25/ffws/v1/ofax/00001271?all_users=true&class=complete
There is an issue with the data returned after logs have been purged. We hope the have this fixed in our next release.
Regards,
Carol -
