Apps Not Appearing in DeviceHQ Installation Drop-down

    Good Day –

    This request is urgent; we need to install a new node-red software version (app) soon.

    We’ve never had any problem like this before. We have only two apps in DeviceHQ->Store->My Apps.

    But one of them (the one we need) is not showing up in DeviceHQ->Devices->Schedule->Install App drop-down menu. It used to be in there perviosuly.

    It’s an earlier version of the app that is currently running. We have downloaded numerous versions of this app in the past using DeviceHQ. Now it’s missing from the drop-down.

    Any help will be appreciated!

    Version 2.4.6

    If you click on Store are you able to see the app?

    I was able to confirm it is there as Admin. It has the name of gateway-19580877-3 but the version is blank.

    Yes, it’s in the Store as gateway-19580877-3 with no version

    But in Developer, if you click on it and click on the Versions tab, it says Version=2.4.6 and Status= Active

    Actually there is no earlier version – we made the version 2.4.6 to match another app that it was branched from.

    From the Store page when you see the app does it say “Add to My Apps” or “Remove from My Apps”? I believe it has to say Remove in order for it to show up in the list.

    Try using the Task button from the Devices page to schedule the app.

    On the Store page, it says “Remove from My Apps”

    The app does appear in Devices->Tasks->Install App

    We missed the check-in, but this is good to know for next time.

    Why did it disappear from the Devices->Schedule->Install App drop-down?

    We are not sure why it disappeared. We are still looking into the issue.
