    Hi,

    I just wanted to confirm that I am not missing something in the API documentation for the FaxFinder FF440 we have.

    I am able to retrieve the global contact list. But I cannot add or change the list?

    My client sends faxes to large groups and more than one individual may be responsible to sending to this group. The management of global groups takes a lot of time and effort.

    Also, sending to groups causes a problem with 20 confirmation sheets. My client is in the legal field and these confirmation sheets need to be saved as part of their legal documentation. I am currently working on creating a way to generate one confirmation page with lists of success and failures. It would be nice if the system did this. Do I post suggestions here or in the .com support area.

    Victor,

    It is possible to add and change the members group using the API. It was overlooked when the documentation was written. The documentation will be updated soon.

    For suggestions it is better to use the .com support area.
