Hello Wiliam,

I found a solution thank’s to the Multitech support. I was compressing a folder containing the files of my app.
Instead I had to tar only the files under the folder and not the folder containing them.

It took me forever to find out but it is working now.

Hi Rina,

How did you install your custom app ? What is the process you used ? I am currently struggling with the same kind of problem and the app installation seem a bit unstable to me. So maybe we can check if the issue is the same.

Hi, I think I got the same issue when accessing the /var/persistent directory to install a custom app.
I got a “permission denied” even when using the sdk scripts.
Do you have any workaroud ?
