    Hello,

    I’m currently working on getting a third party device to connect to a multitech gateway through OTAA.

    The gateway receives the join request, adds the device to its list of accepted devices and the debug seems to show the gateway tries to send the confirmation back to the device but it never actually does it.

    In the link I joined I added the debug log of when trying to do OTAA with an mDot (first) compared to the log of joining OTAA with our device (second).

    There doesn’t seem to be anything different between the two at first glance but maybe somebody with better knowledge of the gateway will be able to help.

    I can confirm that it does transmit when joining with the mDot and not with the third party device using a spectrum analyzer.

    System info says i have version 1.3.2 under firmware information.

    We just received it and I set it up this morning.

    What is the 3rd party device? Is it listening on the correct channel for the join reply? Because the 915MHz conduit is a 8 channel, not a 64 channel gateway the device may be expecting a different frequency. See here: http://www.multitech.net/developer/software/lora/introduction-to-lora/

    I will check into that, but my problem seems to come even before that.

    Using a spectrum analyzer, I cannot even see the transmission from the gateway and I do when I do the join procedure with the mDot.

    We already changed the channel mask to make sure our device transmits only on the correct sub-band so that shouldn’t be an issue.

    Can you post a screen shot of the LoRa network server page in the web interface? ie, using the default IP https://192.168.2.1/lora_network.html
