    Hi,

    I have recently purchased MultiTech MTCBA-G2 Modem with rs232 interface from Digikey.

    I am trying to perform remote data acquisition from a Solar Controller for all the energy yields. Do I need to some Python scripting at the modem end to extract this energy data from the controller? Is there any icell or rcell consideration I need to take care of?

    If yes, is there any sample code in Python or resource I can refer to? I would appreciate guidance on this issue.
