Hi Forum,
I appended two lines to /etc/network to start custom services. These services are being developing. I have no access to the GW neither from normal SSH nor from debug USB. Via USB I see the emulated serial port and debug messages but it doesn’t give login prompt.
Can anyone help to have a login console?
Thank you,

You should be able to get the login prompt via the USB debug port by hitting the
key. -Brandon

I’m just getting these messages and no chance to log in.
No response for enters.
Of course no Ethernet cable attached now.
Any idea?

Can you please post the serial number of your MTCDT-H5 device.
The serial number is located on a sticker on the bottom of the device. My only other suggestion at this time to recover the device would be to
use a paperclip and depress the “reset” micro switch for 30 seconds to try
and revert the device back to its factory default configuration. The reset button is located on the front panel.

I tried resetting the device several times but no improvement achieved. I can’t see anything happening on the debug screen as pushing the PB for even more than 30 seconds. No reboot happened, no additional information is seen, than logs look continuous. I felt that the PB was really pushed.
The SN is 18356719.

Seems the device is non-functional and unrecoverable in the field.
That leaves us little choice but to ask that you send the device into
MultiTech for warrantee repair (or replacement).MultiTech Systems Inc.

I simply started two binaries to connect to Loriot and forgot to send them bg. Mea Culpa.
I’m shipping the GW Monday.
Best regards,

I sent the GW to the address above almost a month ago.
How can I know the state of the repair and how can I get the GW back?
