Looking for mosquitto_passwd binary precompiled for this gateway

I have attempted to cross-compile the Eclipse utility mosquitto_passwd for the gateway (MTCAP-915-041A) by means of this following tut https://www.multitech.net/developer/software/mlinux/mlinux-software-development/mlinux-c-toolchain/

I got pretty far in until I ran into missing Libssl-dev1.1 for architecture armel . Although I have downloaded the literal deb package, during dpkg install , it is spitting incompatible errors between various existing versions for other architectures.

Anyway, cross-compiling for this device is becoming so difficult and time consuming, I wondered if anyone has a binary mosquitto_passwd already targeted to this gateway. Thanks.

What version of firmware are you using?
It looks to be part of the base mosquitto package.

admin@mtcdt:~$ opkg files mosquitto
Package mosquitto (1.6.14-r0.mts5.0) is installed on root and has the following files:
