connection of third party devices disconnect after rebooting the conduit

Hi there,

I do manual join for third part devices to multitech conduit as shown in following link.

The third part device do connect and work fine, but when I turn off conduit and turn it on again, I have to run above commands again to join it , can conduit remember the devices ?

just another question, how may devices can join to conduit ?

Hello,

I ran in the same problem a little bit ago. Try to save and restart the gateway using the UI.

If you just power off the gateway and power it back on it doesn’t save the settings.

Mind you, there might be a way to just save the settings without having to save and restart but hope that helps for now.
