Add devices to whitelist

Hi,
I followed the instructions on how to manage device list through API.
I added 3 devices, and if I send 127.0.0.1/api/loraNetwork/whitelist/ request – I can see them in the whitelist.
The thing is – I can’t see the devices in MultiTech dashboard.
If I register a device in the dashboard manually – I can receive its transmitted data.
Also, if I add a device manually in the dashboard, I don’t see it in the list when I send 127.0.0.1/api/loraNetwork/whitelist/ request.

Please advice.

Does the JSON list of devices match what you see when you add devices through the UI?

Please open a support case to share screen shots and API call details so we can try to reproduce.
