issue : asking mdot documentation ( AT commands ) for RX/TX RF Testing

status: I just got the Conduit and Dev Kit (Mdot) and finally able to had success to join to the network

next step : I need to send an AT command to keep the TX ON and transmit a burst with any payload continuously until another AT command is send to STOP and turn OFF the TX

details : we use words like : signaling and non-signaling when we are doing RF testing. when we are testing the upper layers of a protocol we will use the name ‘signaling mode’ and when we only test the PHYSICAL layer 1 (RF RADIO) we use name ‘non-signaling’ and is used to test RF Power and RF Modulation, etc.

To do non-signaling , the device (mdot) in this case , needs to be sent in TEST-MODE , and that is why I am asking DOCUMENTATION of all AT commands available to :
    – change frequency or change band
    – change TX power level
    – change the payload
    – change the number of packets or burst to transmit
    – etc

    Regards
    Jose

    step 2 : RMA request
Hello Brandon (Multitech) , please advise how to ask for an RMA to return this units to Multitech and get another working set

NOTE: I would like to send you both : the Gateway (Conduit) and the DEV KIT LoRa

    Attn name ?
    full address ?
    RMA number ?

Note: I am an RF engineer (I am not an ‘network’ engineer) and some of these tools used by your systems are new to me :

    – I failed to do a simple copy/paste screen shot (png file), the system does not allows me to ‘paste’

    – How to copy/paste here the….. /var/config/db.json

    follow up
    – the LoRa DEV KIT has the LED Green( after firmware upgrade)
    – Not using the 5V Power Supply

-The Conduit and the LoRa have the same settings
    which is BAND1, 915Mhz, netname= testnetwork
-The DEV KIT came without the 5V Power Supply, and the only power comes from the USB cable

I just got a new box ( Multitech Conduit), the LoRa is set for band 1 (915 Mhz)
    the TXpower = 20 dBm

question/problem : I cannot ‘see’ the RF signal

setup : I have an Spectrum Analyzer and using an antenna expecting to pick
the signal from the LoRa. The antenna can pick some other signal in the air
near 915 Mhz, but …. it seem ths box is not transmitting
