Webservice API for Inbound Faxes

I am evaluating fax server solutions for integration with an in-house custom business flow application. I would like to be able to update a database immediately upon receiving a fax or with status of an outbound fax.

Does anyone know if the FaxFinder API has mechanism for notifying another application when a fax is received (e.g, invoking a call on the web service of another application) with details about that fax (file name, folder, at least)? OR an XML POST perhaps?

Hello James,

My apologies for the late response.

At this time the FaxFinder is not able to notify another application when a fax is received. Most of the time, the fax entry is recorded when the fax is scheduled and the application queries the FaxFinder for the status of that particular fax.
