Sending Faxes via FaxFinder always fails for certain numbers

I cannot nail down why this happens. If I send to the number from a standard paper fax, it works fine. However if I try and send to the same number with the FaxFinder it doesn’t work at all.

This is obviously a very frustrating issue. Is there anything we can do to solve this issue?

– Your exact FaxFinder model

– Serial number

– Firmware versions

– Log showing the issue

– PBX/phone system being used
