Hi, recently received a brand new Multitech Conduit AEP gateway, and I’m not confident with LAN configuration. 🙁
In fact while configuring, I modified the IPV4 address from 192.168.2.1 to 192.168.0.98, and reboot. Probably this was an error…?
It appears that a IP scanner program still sees the device with the former address, but it does not connect anymore through https://192.168.2.1/ nor through https://192.168.0.98/
Is there a way to get connected nevertheless, or to reset the parameters to factory settings?
    Sorry for my ignorance …
    Phil.

    Hi Philippe
Use a paperclip to hold in the ‘rest’ micro-switch button located on the front panel of the device for 15 seconds to reset to factory defaults.
This should set it back to the default of 192.168.2.1

    -Best Regards

Yes it works! Thanks a lot for the quick answer.
So I may come back to my previous issue. Except on the one hand the quick start guide for mounting the LoRa Card in the physical slot, and on the other hand more complex configuration and programming guides with NodeRED or other languages, I could not find a basic configuration guide, to make this gateway transmit data to LoRa network.

My Conduit AEP came with a LoRa card, but nothing else (no SIM…). It is plugged (Ethernet cable) behind my FreeBox (ADSL provider) in France, and belongs to the local network 192.168.2.xx. What is the minimum configuration to make it transfer data from my LoRa sensors to the service TheThingsNetwork on which it is registered?

    Thanks for your help.
    Philippe
