Printing to Multitech Faxfinder

I recently installed the newest version of faxfinder and I am unable to print to faxfinder like I previously did. I now have to send the .pdf to my desktop in order to fax the document. Previously, I could just have the document open and file print to faxfinder, and the program would open and I could add my fax number and so forth. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I would like to not have to send the document to my desktop before faxing.

Please open a case on our support portal. It is a better place for your issue as we will need log files from your FaxFinder.
