We are looking to integrate latest versions of FF240, FF440 and FF840 models of FaxFinder into our software. I’ve following questions about the integration:
1) Is the API same for all the models? And appliance scales out automatically? I mean would same code work for all of these models?
2) I found a C# sample for sending fax. Is there a sample for all the workflows like ReceiveFax, GetStatus, selecting cover page etc.

I too have questions about the API, particularly for receiving faxes since OpenText doesn’t seem to make that available. Have you found any information about it that you could share?

We are able to successfully integrate FaxFinder into our product.
We are only sending faxes, not receiving them. But I’sure there will be something in the FaxFinder REST api to get the details that you want. Take a look at this if you haven’t already “http://www.multitech.net/developer/products/faxfinder/web-services-api/”
If you dont find it then you can open a support ticket. I got lot of help from their support.
