email body is not coming at Comments section of Cover page

Hi All,

I trying fax using email something like FAX=1xxxxxxxxxx/INLINE-COMMENTS=true@test.com.But I am not getting email body at Comments section of Cover sheet.I also tried FAX=1xxxxxxxxxx@test.com but no luck.Please help if anything else needs to be setup for this.

I assume you have already been looking at the following page:

If possible, you may need to capture the e-mail TCP/IP packet to see how it is formatted by the Mail User Agent (MUA)–the mail application sending the e-mail. Wireshark is useful for TCP/IP capture. Maybe the e-mail body is not the first inline text part and so it isn’t being included in the cover page comments section. From the link above, “By default, the first inline text body part will be used as the cover page comments.”
