Brenda James1. After through the faxfinder client software, sending faxes, how do I get a printed confirmation page that the fax has been sent. This is a requirement of ours.
2. Once I receive a fax, I can print only after I have opened the fax. Is there a way to just highlight the fax and print without opening.

The following responses are assuming you are using an FFx40 Faxfinder model.
1. You can edit the user options to choose “print fax receipt” and select the printer. Then make sure you are logged in with that user in the client.
2. Currently there isn’t a direct print option, but this could be made into a feature request for future update consideration.
