    Good Morning FaxFinder team,
    We are seeing a problem when trying to send documents with names over 35 characters (35 & under work fine). I have checked through our code and have not found a restriction on our side, so wanted to see if it was a restriction from FaxFinder. What type of restrictions do you have on attachements?

    Hi Chanda,

    Are you using the API, T.37 (e-mail), web GUI, or FaxFinder Client (Windows) to send the document?

    The restriction you are seeing has been reported before for T.37 mode. There is also a known problem where the fax will fail when the subject is over 50 characters.

    Hi Chanda,

    Testing here with newer firmware we aren’t seeing the issue. What model of Faxfinder and firmware version are you using? What type of attachments? Thanks.
