    Hi!

    I am trying to schedule some faxes on FaxFinder® FF830 (2.3.1) via web API (https://10.1.1.1/ffws/v1/):

    FaxFinder returns:

    <?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”iso-8859-1″?>< !DOCTYPE html PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN” “http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd”>&lt; html xmlns=”http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml&#8221; xml:lang=”en” lang=”en”> <head> <title>500 – Internal Server Error</title> </head> <body> <h1>500 – Internal Server Error</h1> </body>< /html>

    I have downloaded logs but have not found any details there. Current System Log Level = Emergency.

    How to get more information about the error?

    Hello,

    Please switch the log level INFO and create the issue again. Download the log file. Then please create a support case and attach the log file to it. The support portal is better for handling the exchange of log files.
