Hi James,

What type of Ethernet switch is connected to the SF-400? We’ve seen some issues when using the SF-400 with the old 10M Hub style products. We recommend using a 100M switch.

Does the SF-400 work after a reboot, but gets worse over time? Then we recommend upgrading to newer firmware that resolve several issues that caused resources to be used up over time. This firmware can be found at the link below.

If you continue to have problems, then I recommend going to support.multitech.com and creating a case.
