Multi-Tech has many cellular devices approved for use on the Telstra Network. Currently our 3G HSPA devices are certified by Telstra and recommended for any new activations going into Australia that are for use on the Telstra Network.

The OCG is available in an embedded from factor and a standalone form factor. Both offer a 3G HSPA build option that can be used on the Telstra Network in Australia. The functionality you wish to duplicate is well within the realm of capabilities of the OCG.
