mdot Box connects on 'Network Server' and not on ' Pct Fwd'

Hi all

I have a conduit Base Station and i can easily connect the mdot-box to it when the conduit runs on ‘Network server ‘ mode, when i switch to ‘ packet forwarder’ the box fails to connect.
I switch the box to ‘Public network-ON’
but still no result.

Can anyone help?

What network server are you expecting to connect to in packet forwarder mode?

The packet forwarder needs to be configured to point to a network server somewhere. There is not a public network provided by default.

Then your end-device would need to be provisioned with that network server.

i have chosen Semtech IoT cloud as my server and now i want to connect the mDotBox to the Base station.
What actions should i take and how will i ‘see’ my end-device (mDotBox) on the Semtech cloud?
