I have new MTCDT-246A AEP that was supplied with the Lora card . in AP2. The gateway arrived with AEP 1.4.x and I upgraded it to 1.6.4. I have set the LoRa Mode to ‘Network Server’ in ‘Setup’, saved and rebooted (with some other config changes).

However, I cannot access LoRaWAN Network setting, Key management, etc. as the LoRaWAN option is not listed in the left menu.

Is there a config/set-up step that I missed? I’m very keen to resolve this as I need to setup and test the gateway for an imminent installation.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Ian
If the LoRa card is successfully detected by the Conduit it will show up
in the Home screen under Accessary Cards. Can you verify that.

    Hi Ian

Ok, I would recommend to factory default the Conduit by holding in the
“reset” micro switch on the front panel for 31 seconds. After it reboots
log in and reconfigure and see if that doesn’t solve the issue.

    -Best Regards
