Finally got it working– for others I needed to add a couple of lines to the web config to allow XML to be posted. Check out

    Bryon,

I’m able to read the inbox messages (write to file) via the polling method of the .net samples but I like the automatic features of the non-polling method. Is it possible to set up the non-polling method to write to a log file and/or straight to a database? If so is there any samples of setting up the Non Polling Receive API Configuration? I think that if I can set up a process that automatically pulls the in box messages then that will be great and all that I need. Thanks

Are there any .NET code samples available? Especially sending and reading incoming messages. Are there any .NET third party control libraries that will work with the iSMS? There are some companies that have some pretty good code but it appears that they only works with a modem that is connected to the PC’s comm port; such as http://www.logixmobile.com and/or http://www.activexperts.com/

    Bryon,

I too need to be able to access the in box but are you saying that the iSMS’s were primarily designed for send only?

I think that it was just smoke from the Verizon sales person but I wanted to check a few sources. Blacklisting in the email world is where x amount of people complain. Is it like that in the text world? The reason I ask is that our texting is only going to be to people who opt-in so I don’t believe we will be crossing any lines. Thanks for your information.
