Sending message fails

We have a MultiTech (MTCDT-LVW2-247A ) in our US office and a MultiTech (MTCDT-246A).
In India, We are able to join to the lora gateway with channel mask (0,00FF) and can send data packets sucessfully.
But when tried with gateway in US, we were able to join lora successfully but sending message fails. We set FSB instead of channel mask. The packet section in the gateway shows CRC error. The data we are sending is #5DA89BF0F8000000D8F18C1B. Is there anything else we need to set to send the data successfully? Is there any issue with the message length?
