    Hi there,

    We have a multitech GW MTCDT-H5 210L,
    I have reset it to its factory setting by pressing on the reset button for more than 5 seconds, i am still unable to access it with the default credentials , i have tried:
    Username: root
    password: root

    and

    Username: mtadm
    password: root

    any suggestion ?

    Hi

    I would suggest that you try holding in the “reset” button for 31 seconds, or
    until you see a change in the front panel LED’s. Then try root/root again.
