Node wont show in node-red pallete

So I installed the node-red-contrib-fs-ops using the pallete

It seemed to install ok, the nodes were in the palette
When i logged in again later, they were gone. I went ahead and uninstalled, reinstalled, saw the same behavior

So then i switched to using npm. Still can’t see them

Any ideas?
