MultiConnect® ConduitTM IP67 Base Station PoE

Hi.

We have 3 Base Station and we are unable to make them run with a Ubitquiti PoE 48v/24w or a ubitquiti PoE 50v/60w, the leds turn on and they stay on but nothing more happens, the device does not boot up. Both injector work in other devices.

We have tried another PoE from Tenda 51v/30W and this seem to work fine, the device boot up, can be configured etc etc.

Do you know why is this happening? Or do you have any information?
