192.168.2.1 took too long to respond.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I think because of changing of the port (80 -> 7070). I am sure i changed only 3 things as i said.

Without resetting device, can you advise me other way to access to the GUI for device ?

i found the solution.

1. Using ACME Shell script (Let’s Encrypt client) to generate cert
2. Modify /etc/stunnel.conf by using key, cert in step 1

It works fine.
