    Hi all,
I did some stupid modifications on “Access Configuration”. I changed 3 things as the following:
    – disable HTTP Redirect to HTTPs via LAN (un check box)
    – change port 80 to 7070
    – check box both Via LAN and Via WAN
saved and reset and now i lost access to the GUI for device.

    (i tried to disable https … :()

Before changing this, it worked well.

My question is How i can reset this bad settings to access the GUI ?

    Thanks you for your reply.

    Hi vqa nguyen

I would recommend that you straighten out a paperclip and use it to hold
the reset (microswitch) on the front panel “in” for 35 seconds to
    factory default the device.

However based on your changes, I would have thought you could successfully
browse to https://192.168.2.1 the LAN IP Address of the device to administer it.

    -Best Regards

Hi Steve Kovarik, Thanks for your answer. I tried to browse to https://192.168.2.1 but it does not work.

    ————————-
    This site can’t be reached

192.168.2.1 took too long to respond.
    Try:
    Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
    Running Windows Network Diagnostics
    ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
    ————————-

I think because of changing of the port (80 -> 7070). I am sure i changed only 3 things as i said.

Without resetting device, can you advise me other way to access to the GUI for device ?

    Hi Vqa

We have known bug if you change the http port. You will need to factory
default the device to recover it. After you recover the device, we recommend
that you do not change the http port. The conduit enforces https access to
the web administration, so changing the http port has no benefit.

    -Best Regards
