    Good Day –

    I checked the Knowledge Base and couldn’t find anything about zero byte log files.

    Any idea why log files downloaded from DeviceHQ would be zero bytes?

    Same Problem here. Can’t reconstruct it – sometimes log files contain data, sometimes not.

    William,

    Is this an intermittent issue, or do you see it for a specific device, or multiple devices? If it is reproducible with a specific device, for example, it might be good to create a case in the Multitech Support Portal -> . There are some guys who work with Device HQ that might be able to figure out what is causing this.
