Hi……i am having a problem connecting the mdot to the gateway im using MTCDT-H5-210A-AU gateway i upgraded the firmware of the gateway and the mdot now the mdot firmware is

    ati
    MultiTech mDot
    Firmware: 1.0.8-AU915-debug
    Library : 1.0.8-AU915-debug

and i have updated the gateway firmware also but the problem is i cannot check the MTS server version and gives the following error

    admin@mtcdt:/# /opt/lora/lora-network-server -version
/opt/lora/lora-network-server: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token `newline’
    /opt/lora/lora-network-server: line 1: `!<arch>’
    admin@mtcdt:/# admin@mtcdt:/# /opt/lora/lora-network-server -version
-bash: admin@mtcdt:/#: No such file or directory`

    And when i run the

admin@mtcdt:/# opkg list | grep lora
    lora-network-server – 1.0.8-r0.0
    lora-packet-forwarder – 1.4.1-r9.0
    lora-query – 1.0.2-r1.0

What can be the problem why the mdot is not connecting to the gateway please let me know

What was the command to check the version that you issued?
The response is very strange, perhaps it is a copy paste issue with the command.

Try to type this command with two dashes before version.
    /opt/lora/lora-network-server --version

Otherwise, it appears that the upgrade was not successful.
Please open a ticket at support.multitech.com
