ParticipantI registered 2 conduits into DeviceHQ. My problem is when I click on one gateway on the Devices page and I see a Lora Tab on the right side.
But I don’t see the Lora Tab for the other conduit. How can i enable this for the other conduit. FYI… Both are running the same firmware versions.

ModeratorHello Dibya
One possible cause would be if the other Conduit does not have or detect
an installed LoRa mCard. If you log into the GUI of the other Conduit Gateway on the home page it
will show any installed mCards on lower right side of the screen.
Let us know what you see.-Best Regards

ParticipantHi Steve,
It has an installed LoRa mCard since i am already using it to communicate to my Lora modules. So i think that might not be the problem somehow.

ModeratorHi Dibya
I don’t have another explanation for that behavior at this time.
Would you be able to provide a screen shot if the homepage of the other
Conduit that doesn’t show the LoRa tab in device HQ.-Best Regards

ParticipantHi Steve,
I tried every possible setting and config but could not get the LoRa tab for the gateway2. So de-registered the gateway1 which had the LoRa tab and re-registered it. Now i don’t see the LoRa tab for both of them. 🙁

ModeratorHi Dibya
I recommend that you re-register both Conduits to DeviceHQ and then make
sure to generate some LoRa data on both. The next time they check-in, the
the LoRa tab should be there. If it is not, please provide Conduit node ID
or Serial Numbers so we can research from here.-Best Regards

ParticipantHi Steve,
Re-registered both the Conduits on DeviceHQ and they are generating lora data. Still no LoRa tab for both.
Serial # for both – 18900316, 18721570

ModeratorHello Dibya
What firmware version is running on your Conduits?
1.3.3 is current and I would have you update the firmware in your Conduits.
Latest AEP firmware is here http://www.multitech.net/developer/downloads/If you login and navigate to “Statistics & Logs” and select “Statistics”
then select the “LoRa” tab, do you see joined “Node Addresses” as well as
sent packets and received packets?Something else to try is to power down remove the LoRa mcard from the
Conduit and re-install the mCard in the other slot, see if that makes a
difference.-Best Regards
