Hi All,
I got the conduit LoRaWAN gateway device for my IoT project whose static IP is supposed to be 192.168.2.1 but i am unable to log into it though i have configure my laptop with necessary credentials.
I tried resetting this gateway by using the reset button provide onto it and tried by using micro usb connector for debugging as well but of no use. Can anyone give me necessary hints to resolve this issue.
Response would be appreciated.
Thanks & Regards,
Akash
Hi Akash
Is the device new out of the box, or has it been programmed before?
I would recommend holding in the ‘reset’ micro switch for 35 seconds
then allow the device a few minutes to boot-up.
Configure your PC for DHCP client and see if you can obtain an IP from
the Conduit then try the web administration at https://192.168.2.1

Akash,
I had a similar problem. I found I had to plug my laptop and my conduit into the same switch. Using WiFi didn’t seem to work. When I finally got the login page and logged in, I changed the IP and then I was able to work “normally”. Ultimately I’d enable DHCP
Hi @harrington,
Yes, after a reigorous effort, i have had successful login into conduit. There was the problem with Ethernet cable connector of the conduit. I opened it and fixed it.
