Hi,
I tried flashing the device to upgrade it and now I can’t connect to it through ssh.
All three LEDs (Power, Status and LS) are on. As per the documentation, “Status” LED should be blinking after linux loads but this is not the case. So I believe, I messed up the system. How do I restore it now?
I tried the hardware reset button as well but it doesn’t work. I keep presssing it for more than 5 secs but nothing happens.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Shankar
Shankar,
File a Multitech Support Portal case at https://support.multitech.com and say exactly what you did here. They can help you re-flash the device through tftp to get it back to working.
