Hello, I am currently configuring the Conduit (Model: MTCDT-LEU1).
When I tried to set the conduit as a packet forwarder to the TTN server, the Status remains ‘STOPPED’, even I have restarted the conduit and clicked the ‘Restart LoRa Services’.
Please kindly advise, thank you so much
Hi Jacky
The ‘Packet Forwarder’ may not start if the Conduit does not have access to the Internet.
First step is to verify the Conduit has Internet access and can resolve a host name.
To do that…log into the Conduit web administration and select “Administration” then “Debug Options” and scroll down to the Ping utility.
Try and Ping both an IP address 8.8.8.8 and a Hostname http://www.google.com.
If successful, I would suggest to open a Support Portal ticket to further troubleshoot https://support.multitech.com/support/login.html
If the Ping test is unsuccessful, you’ll need to work on getting successful internet access for the Conduit Gateway.
-Best Regards
