Multi-Tech Conduit hangs occasionally

Hi all,
I am using multitech conduit ip67 gateway in a project. the firmware has been updated to MTCDT AEP 5.0.0 (unsigned) . my app is Nodered but it hangs occasionally. How can i do for this problem?

5.0.0 is dated. There have been many fixes and improvements since.
We would recommend that you upgrade the Conduit firmware to (signed) version 5.2.5
Then if the problem persists, open a support case so we can troubleshoot what is happening.

I can not upgrade from 5.0.0 unsigned to 5.2.5 signed firmware. Is there any setting in web app for converting from unsigned to signed firmware?

If you log into the Conduit web administration and select “Administration” then “Firmware Upgrade”, is there a checkbox on the page for “Signed Firmware Validation”?
