    I know my unit is not registered. But as soon as I added antennas it began spitting out +PACSP0 out the serial port. And the serial port seems unresponsive at times. What is the unit doing?

    Hi Bob

    It was a pleasure speaking with you today.
    When power is applied to the modem it goes through initialization
    then tries to “register” on the cellular network. This takes 15 to 20
    seconds. So it is recommended not to issue any AT Commands to the modem
    until 20 seconds after power-up.

    The “+PACSPO” is an unsolicited modem response that is part of the
    initialization process. Just ignore +PACSPO.
