    Hi All,

    I am currently trying to send messages from my MTDOT to my gateway for debugging. The device is connected to the network but I am unable to send commands from TerraTerm via serial port connection.

    if I type at+send hello or at+send=hello I get a Command not found! error.

    I can view device status and “help” shows other commands but there is no command listed for transmitting specific messages like the manual shows. I have updated the firmware to 3.1.2 but I still am unable to.

    Is this a easy fix?

    What is the output of help and at&v?
    Sounds like a bad connection if commands are missing.
    Is it custom at firmware?
