    Hi,

    We have our Multitech Conduit connected through mobile connection. In a given area, in the state information of the mobile connection we showed “not signal” while the main dashboard we see that two bars are green. In addition we connect correctly through the VPN to Multitech Conduit. And Multitech Conduit send data correctly.

    Why put me “not signal”?

    When you say “in the state information” do you mean in the Radio Status Web UI page?
