    Hi,

    We have had a loan AEP unit and have just received our mlinux version which is proving difficult to hook up to Loriot network server.

    The AEP network server seems far more user friendly, can we upgrade the firmware to AEP please?

    Kevin,

    Please open a support portal case at https://support.multitech.com/ and they can help you upgrade to AEP.

    –MTCAP-x-001L – mLinux model; cannot convert to AEP
    –MTCAP-x-001A – AEP model; CAN convert to mLinux (and back to AEP)
