mDot box won't join conduit (LoRa)

Hi there,

I’ve just received and set up my LoRa starter kit as per the guide which was included.

The conduit is sending back to the server and I can see via the web interface that the LoRa status is running but the mDot box is stuck at the joining phase.

Subsequently, I can see an increasing amount of join requests from the LoRa tab of the conduit on the web interface so it’s obviously reaching it in some manner.

Does anybody have any ideas why the actually connection to the conduit might be hanging like this?

Hi Cannuh
On the Starter Kits the mDot BOX was preconfigured at the factory to
successfully “Join” the Conduit. If you observe that the mDot BOX is stuck
at the joining phase we conclude the mDot BOX can not join the Conduit
most likely due to a configuration parameter. You can open a ticket at the
