    SMS-only (AT command set). Windows. No MMS, voice, or data transmission development required.

    Original developer sick and won’t be able to finish job.

    Application must be re-developed. Fixed-price only. Original source code not available, but have clear functional description and spec.

    User copies and pastes numbers into application’s interface (and/or can read in a file), type in one message, and click “Send”. User can switch to “Incoming” window to monitor replies. If reply contains a KEYWORD, application automatically replies with message stored for that keyword in a tiny, local “database”.

    Experienced developers only, able to show similar developments.
