Http Non-Polling Receive hangs

If my iSms SF100-G (1.51.14) doesn’t connect to the server via http and doesn’t receive anything back, such as the server is off, it hangs and won’t try to keep sending the messages. Tcp seems to not have this same issue.

Hi Kirk,
I haven’t seen this issue before. I would suggest creating a case in the support portal. They will be able to work with you in more detail in troubleshooting this issue.
