    Hello,
    I have some devices, Model: MTCDP-EV2-GP.
    I tried to connect to my windows pc using putty, with default ip, but could not see the connection.
    Could anyone help on this issue ?

    Hi Jun,

    1. Can you check to make sure the IP address of your PC is in the same network as the CDP device ?

    2. Can you ping the CDP from your PC ?

    Thank you, Bryan.
    After updated the IP address, now I can access the device now.
