hi,
i have an installation with a conduit connected high up on a pole. Its very difficult to reach the device physically to be able to press the reset button for 30 secs.
I see the device in the network but conduit rejects the HTTP, HTTPS or SSH acess. However, the device its working perfectly in packet forwarded mode and its connected to the LoRa Server. There is no firewall or something between my PC and the gateways and i need access to setup with others parameters.
I have inquired about the possibility of resetting the conduit from the PoE, but it seems that it is not possible
Any ideas? thank you very much.
Hello Clilao
Have you tried rebooting the Conduit and then accessing it?
Are you able to successfully ping its IP Address.
Generally if you are unable to log into the device the only recourse is to factory default it.
Hello Steve,
Thanks for the reply.
1- Yes, reboot has no effect.
2- conduit not responding to ping.
I would like to reset defaults but it is difficult to reach conduit at such a height.
regards.
