Frequency sub-band selection

Hello,
Are there any guidelines for selecting the FSB? Obviously I would like to choose the sub-band with the least amount of interference to minimize collisions with other Lora networks that may be operating nearby. Is there any method to determine which sub-band will provide the best performance without testing each one individually?

I discovered there is a spectral scan utility. Does anyone have experience with this?
